Delivery and Returns Information
Delivery
Orders will be process up until 1700hrs during business working hours Monday - Friday.
Our standard delivery time will be 5-7 Working days after purchase. Due to the value of goods sold and the age restrictions on the sale of alcohol, the items will need to be signed for upon delivery by our courier.
All orders will cost £5.95 regardless of the number of items.
Damaged or Faulty Goods
In the event that you are not happy with your delivery, please take a picture of the damaged item and forward to our email address customerservices@britanniafizz.co.uk along with any useful information to support what has happened.
Cancellations
If you make an order and change your mind, you will be able to cancel the order up until the point at which the product has been disptched for delivery. To cancel your order, email customerservices@britanniafizz.co.uk with your name and what you would like to cancel.
Returns
After you have purchase a product, if you decide you wish to return the item this is absolutely acceptable. We will honor a 14 day period to declare a desire to return a product from the point of delivery as per the current Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. Email the team at customerservices@britanniafizz.co.uk and we will provide an address to return the goods to.
Please ensure you return the goods to us within 14 days of the cancellation (at your cost), after reciept of goods and an inspection that the bottle hasn’t been opened or damaged, we shall issue a full refund. No refunds will be returned on goods that arrive damaged. We do not arrange collections for unwanted items. Please package up securely and please remove any original dispatch labels.
